This is Cansu. In Turkish, it means water that gives life. Djansou is the French version, because life is too short to have your name butchered on a daily basis.
Djansou has never moved in straight lines. Born in Turkey, rooted in France since her twenties, she has built jewelry brands, launched startups, organised TEDx conferences, and carried volunteer projects that shaped her in ways she is still discovering. What connects every chapter is the same thread: a deep curiosity about what moves people, what stops them, and what it takes to come back to themselves.
Today she works as an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner and energy healer based in Orléans. She works with women who have spent years putting themselves last, athletes pushing past fear and limitation, and anyone ready to look at themselves honestly. Her approach is both precise and deeply human: rooted in the understanding that real release only happens when you’re willing to do the work.
At Place to Be, Djansou brings that same energy: the kind that holds space without softening the truth. Her writing draws from lived experience, not theory, and from a life that refuses to be just one thing. Dance, climbing, pottery, yoga, weightlifting, solo motherhood. She fits it all in, because she knows that how you show up for yourself is the foundation of everything else.
She is, at her core, someone who helps people get unstuck. And she does it from a place she has already been.
Djansou is an EFT practitioner and energy healer. Here to help you get unstuck, reconnect with yourself, and grow in ways that actually last.
